How to ask
Email hello@perspective12.com and include the email address you used at checkout. Say "refund" somewhere in there so we don't miss it. A human reads it, usually the same day.
What happens next
- We deactivate your license key.
- We send the refund through our payment provider, back to your original payment method.
- Payment providers usually take a few business days to move the money. That part is out of our hands, but the refund is on its way the moment we confirm it.
The fine print, kept tiny
- After a refund your key stops working. Lite keeps working forever, because Lite is free and never expires.
- Changed your mind later? You can always buy again. We won't make it weird.
